Many experiences have given me insights into the simplicity and peace that is ever-present in each moment, but the one constant in my life is Yoga. For me, practicing Yoga means dedicating time each day to being fully present—whether through movement, stillness, or awareness itself.
My Asana practice is deeply rooted in the Sharat Arora method, following the lineage of B.K.S. Iyengar, with a precise focus on body mechanics and alignment. With over a decade of exploration in Yoga, meditation, and other healing practices, I see Yoga not just as physical movement but as a practice that refines the relationship between body and mind. In this way, my approach follows Patanjali’s teachings in a practical, embodied way—beyond mere philosophy.
When I share Yoga, my intention is to guide students in cultivating mindfulness through the body—refining perception, improving posture, and working with presence in every movement. Through meditative action and precise alignment, we develop tools to release tension, manage stress, and bring clarity into daily life.
This is Yoga beyond exercise—a way to connect with the body, quiet the mind, and live with greater ease and purpose.
